of <h1>Government Forms Approval Committee for Textile SEZ in Maharashtra under Section 13 of SEZ Act 2005</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the textile Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at the Additional Yavatmal Industrial Area in Maharashtra, as per the powers granted under section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. This committee is developed by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation and includes the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson, along with members from various government departments such as Commerce and Industry, Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, and Finance. The committee also includes representatives from the Government of Maharashtra and the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation as a special invitee.
