The Committee is role based: the Development Commissioner as Chairperson (ex officio); central government nominees from commerce and trade wings; territorial Commissioners for Customs/Central Excise and Income Tax (or specified nominees); a Banking Division director; state industrial representatives; and a special invitee from the developer.
