<h1>Approval Committee Formed for IT/IT-Enabled Services SEZ in Andhra Pradesh Under SEZ Act 2005</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the IT/IT-enabled services Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Ananthasagar Village, Hasanparthy Mandal, Warangal District, Andhra Pradesh, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee includes the Development Commissioner as Chairperson, and members from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, and the Ministry of Finance. Two officers from the Andhra Pradesh Government and a representative from the developer, M/s V. R. Enterprises, are also included. In the Development Commissioner's absence, a Joint Development Commissioner will act as a representative.
