<h1>Approval Committee Formed for IT/IT-Enabled Services SEZ in Andhra Pradesh under SEZ Act, 2005</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the IT/IT-enabled services Special Economic Zone (SEZ) located in Serilingampally, Andhra Pradesh, as per the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee includes the Development Commissioner as Chairperson, with members from various government departments such as the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, and Finance. Additionally, two officers from the Andhra Pradesh government and a representative from the developer, M/s Navayuga Legala Estates Private Limited, are included. In the Development Commissioner's absence, a Joint Development Commissioner will serve as a representative.
