<h1>Approval Committee Formed for IT/IT-Enabled Services SEZ at Sohna Road Under SEZ Act, 2005</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the IT/IT-enabled services Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Haryana, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee, developed by M/s Parsvnath SEZ Limited, includes the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson and several ex-officio members from various government departments, such as the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, Ministry of Finance, and Haryana State Industrial Development Corporation. A representative from M/s Parsvnath SEZ Limited is a special invitee.
