<h1>Approval Committee Formed for IT/IT-Enabled Services SEZ Under SEZ Act, 2005</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the IT/IT-enabled services Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Raheja Infocity-I, Maharashtra, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee is chaired by the Development Commissioner of the SEZ and includes members from various government departments, including the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, and the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, representatives from the Government of Maharashtra and the developer, M/s K. Raheja Universal Private Limited, are included. The committee's purpose is to oversee and facilitate the operations within this SEZ.
