The approval mandates that the organization exclusively undertakes scientific research, maintains audited financial records, and submits necessary reports to tax authorities. A separate statement of donations and their application for research must accompany audit reports. The approval may be revoked if SHARE INDIA fails to maintain records, submit reports, or ceases genuine research activities, or if it fails to comply with specified legal provisions.
