of <h1>Delhi VAT Act Amends Sixth Schedule: Adds 'Bahrain' Under Entry 1, Effective Retroactively from May 6, 2008.</h1> The notification amends the Sixth Schedule of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004. Issued by the Finance Department of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the amendment is made under the authority of the Lieutenant Governor, utilizing powers conferred by Section 103 of the Act. Specifically, a new sub-entry '(9A) BAHRAIN' is added to Part-A of the entry against serial number 1 in the Sixth Schedule. This amendment is retroactively effective from May 6, 2008.
