Approval Committee for Special Economic Zone constituted under the SEZ Act to oversee MIHAN Nagpur operations. An Approval Committee is constituted under the Special Economic Zones Act for the multi product SEZ at Nagpur (MIHAN) developed by M/s Maharashtra Airport Development Company Limited. The Committee is appointed under Section 13(1) and comprises the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson (ex officio), central and state ex officio officials (Commerce, Foreign Trade, Customs/Central Excise, Income tax, Banking, state industry development officials) and a representative of the developer as Special Invitee to oversee approvals and administration of the SEZ.
