This SEZ is developed by a private infrastructure company. The committee comprises various ex-officio members, including the Development Commissioner of the SEZ, representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, and officials from Customs, Central Excise, Income Tax, and the Government of Tamil Nadu. A representative from the developer company is included as a special invitee.
