of <h1>Approval Committee Formed for Noida SEZ Under Special Economic Zones Act 2005, Includes Key Government Officials</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Sector 126, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, developed by a major technology company. This committee is formed under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee comprises various ex-officio members, including the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson, representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, and officials from Customs, Central Excise, Income Tax, Finance, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh. A representative from the developing company is a special invitee.
