of <h1>Special Economic Zone for Minerals at Hargarh Recognized as Inland Container Depot Effective July 24, 2008, Under Section 7</h1> The Central Government has designated July 24, 2008, as the effective date for recognizing the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for mineral and mineral-based products at Hargarh, Tehsil Sehora, District Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, as an Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. This designation is in accordance with sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The SEZ is developed by Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Kendra Vikas (Jabalpur) Limited.
