Sanyo Resorts (P) Limited, constituted under the Special Economic Zones Act. The committee's composition includes the Development Commissioner as Chairperson (ex officio); designated Ministry of Commerce and Industry officer or nominee; Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Mumbai; territorial Commissioners of Customs or Central Excise and of Income Tax or their nominees; Director (Banking), Ministry of Finance; two Joint Secretary rank officers nominated by the Government of Maharashtra; and a developer representative as Special Invitee.
