The authority will oversee cases involving the Additional Commissioner and Central Excise, Delhi-IV, the Additional Commissioner of Customs at the Inland Container Depot in Patparganj, New Delhi, the Assistant Commissioner of Customs at the same depot, and the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Import, at the Customs House in Kolkata.
