MIDC under Section 13(1) of the SEZ Act, 2005. The Committee is chaired ex officio by the Development Commissioner of the SEZ and includes ex officio members from the Department of Commerce, DGFT, Customs/Central Excise, Income Tax, Banking (Ministry of Finance), two state nominated senior officers, and a MIDC representative as Special Invitee, with a substitution rule for the Development Commissioner.
