Gitanjali Gems Limited at Village Chirvat and Sangurli, Taluka Panvel, District Raigad, Maharashtra as deemed to be an Inland Container Depot under the Customs Act, by exercise of powers under the Special Economic Zones legislative framework, thereby subjecting the SEZ to customs procedures and ICD classification.
