of <h1>Government Establishes Approval Committee for Textile SEZ under Section 13 of SEZ Act, 2005</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the textile sector Special Economic Zone (SEZ) located at NH-15, opposite Khara Industrial Area, Bikaner, Rajasthan, as per Section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. This committee is chaired by the Development Commissioner of the SEZ and includes members such as representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, and the Industries Department of Rajasthan. The Managing Director of Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation and a representative from the developer, M/s. RNB Infrastructure Private Limited, are also involved.
