This appointment is for adjudicating matters related to a show cause notice issued to M/s Agarwal Metals and Alloys. The Commissioner will assume the powers and duties of the Joint Commissioner of Customs at Kandla and the Commissioner of Customs at Tughlakabad, New Delhi. This action is pursuant to the powers granted under the Customs Act, 1962, and pertains to a notice issued by the Directorate General of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad.
