<h1>Approval Committee Formed for Multi-Product SEZ in Andhra Pradesh under SEZ Act, 2005; Key Officials Included</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the multi-product Special Economic Zone located in Atchutapuram and Rambilli Mandals, Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee includes the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson and members from various government departments, including the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, and the Ministry of Finance. Two officers from the Government of Andhra Pradesh and a representative from the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation, the developer, are also included. In the absence of the Development Commissioner, a Joint Development Commissioner will represent him.
