of <h1>Central Government Forms Approval Committee for IT and Apparel SEZ at Thotlakonda Hills under SEZ Act, 2005</h1> The Central Government has constituted an Approval Committee for the Information Technology and IT-enabled services Apparel Special Economic Zone at Thotlakonda Hills, Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh. This committee, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, includes the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson, along with members from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Customs or Central Excise, Income Tax, and the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, two officers from the Government of Andhra Pradesh and a representative from the developer company are included as members and a special invitee, respectively.
