of <h1>Approval Committee Formed for IT/ITeS Special Economic Zone by Central Government Under SEZ Act, 2005</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the Information Technology/Information Technology Enabled Services Special Economic Zone located at Chevella Village, Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh. This committee is formed under the authority of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and is developed by M/s. Mahaveer Skyscrapers Limited. The committee comprises several members, including the Development Commissioner as Chairperson, representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Commissioners of Customs, Central Excise, and Income Tax, a Director from the Ministry of Finance, and two officers from the Government of Andhra Pradesh. A representative from M/s. Mahaveer Skyscrapers Limited serves as a special invitee.
