Approval Committee Formed for Special Economic Zone in Accordance with Special Economic Zones Act, 2005

A committee named the Approval Committee has been established for the power Special Economic Zone at Villages Tunda and Siracha, Talulca Mundra, District Kutch, Gujarat. This committee is constituted under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and includes members such as the Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone, representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, and other relevant officials. The committee also includes a representative from the developer, M/s. Adani Power Private Limited, as a special invitee. The Development Commissioner or a designated officer will lead the committee.
