of <h1>Central Government Forms Approval Committee for Textile SEZ in Gurgaon Under Special Economic Zones Act, 2005</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the textile Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Gurgaon, Haryana, developed by M/s. Orient Craft Infrastructure Ltd., under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee includes the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson, and members from various government departments, including the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Foreign Trade, Customs, Income Tax, Finance, and Haryana's industries and commerce sectors. A representative from the developer, M/s. Orient Craft Infrastructure Ltd., is a special invitee. In the Development Commissioner's absence, a Joint Development Commissioner will represent him.
