of <h1>Customs Commissioner at Nhava Sheva to Adjudicate Show Cause Notice for Classic City Investment Pvt Ltd, 2007 Case</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Export) at Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Maharashtra, as the common adjudicating authority. This appointment is for handling matters related to a Show Cause Notice issued to M/s Classic City Investment Private Limited and others. The notice, dated November 21, 2007, was issued by the Additional Director General of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit. The appointed authority will exercise powers and duties previously held by the Commissioners of Customs at Mumbai and New Delhi.
