Appointment of common adjudicating authority: Commissioner of Customs designated to adjudicate Euroasia Global show cause notice. The Central Board of Excise and Customs, invoking sub section (1) of section 4 and sub section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962, appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi, as Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), New Custom House, Mumbai, for adjudicating the show cause notice issued to M/s. Euroasia Global and another by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, DRI F.No. 23/01/2007 DZU/198 203 dated 9 January 2008.
