The amendment, effective from April 10, 2008, specifically modifies the entry for Bangladesh in the table, changing the route to Kolkata - Gede - Darsana - Dhaka. This change is made under the authority of the Central Board of Excise and Customs, as per the powers granted by section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
