<h1>Amendment to IT/IT-enabled Services SEZ Approval Committee: New Chairperson Designation, Paragraph Omission</h1> The notification amends the previous notification S.O. 1254(E) dated July 26, 2007, concerning the Approval Committee for the IT/IT-enabled services Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Rachenhalli and Nagavara Villages, Bangalore, Karnataka, developed by Manyata Promoters Private Limited. The amendment replaces the entry in paragraph 1 with 'Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone-Chairperson, Ex-officio' and omits paragraph 2. This change is issued under the authority of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and is documented as S.O. 708(E) dated March 25, 2008.
