of <h1>Amendment to Notification: SEZ Development Commissioner Named Chairperson; Paragraph 2 Omitted Under Section 13(1) of SEZ Act 2005.</h1> The Central Government has amended the notification S.O. 1275(E) dated 26th July 2007, concerning the Approval Committee for the IT/ITES Special Economic Zone at Serilingampally Mandai, Ranga Reddy District, Andhra Pradesh, developed by a private company. The amendment designates the Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone as the Chairperson, Ex-Officio, and omits paragraph 2 of the original notification. This change is executed under the powers granted by Section 13(1) of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005.
