of <h1>Amendment to Notification: Development Commissioner Now Chairperson of Special Economic Zone Approval Committee; Paragraph 2 Omitted</h1> The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has issued an amendment to notification S.O. 1269(E) dated 26th September 2007, concerning the Approval Committee for the multi-product Special Economic Zone at Mundra, Gujarat, developed by a specified company. The amendment, under notification S.O. 452(E) dated 7th March 2008, revises paragraph I, replacing serial number (1) with the designation of the Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone as the Chairperson, Ex-Officio. Additionally, paragraph 2 of the original notification is omitted.
