This amendment, detailed in Notification No. 26/2004-CE dated July 9, 2004, involves a substitution in the notification's table. The words 'light diesel oil' are replaced with 'polyester filament yarn falling under heading No. 54.02, light diesel oil.' This change is made in the public interest and follows a previous amendment made on March 25, 2003.
