of <h1>Customs Notification 9/2008 Amends Committees: New Roles for Pune and Mumbai-III Chiefs, Removes Sl.No.13A Entries.</h1> Notification No. 9/2008 amends Notification No. 39/2005-Customs (N.T.) by reconstituting committees with two Chief Commissioners of Customs. Specifically, it replaces the entry for Sl.No.13 with new assignments involving the Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Pune, and the Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai-III, covering Central Excise and Customs in Pune and Goa. Additionally, Sl.No.13A and its associated entries are removed. This amendment is issued under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, and is part of a series of amendments to the original notification dated May 13, 2005.
