Specifically, the changes include substituting entries for tags, labels, stickers, belts, buttons, or hangers imported by bona fide exporters, adding printed bags to the list, and altering the chapter numbers for certain goods. These amendments are made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, in the interest of public welfare.
