of <h1>Amendment to Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009: Includes Supply of Tags, Labels, and More to DTA Units for Export</h1> The Central Government has issued amendments to the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2004-2009, effective as of November 21, 2007. Under the authority of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and the FTP, paragraph 6.9(h) has been revised. The amendment specifies that supplies of items such as tags, labels, printed bags, stickers, belts, buttons, or hangers to Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) units for export are included. This amendment is issued in the public interest by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
