of <h1>New Amendment Allows Export of 178.70 Tonnes of Pulses to Nepal Under Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 15(RE-2006)/2004-2009 dated 27.06.2006 under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009. The amendment adds a new paragraph, 3A, stating that the prohibition on certain exports will not apply to the export of 178.70 tonnes of pulses to Nepal by a specified trading corporation. This amendment is issued in the public interest by the Director General of Foreign Trade and Ex-Officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
