<h1>India Amends Customs Notification for Reviewing Orders in Tuticorin; Updates Chief Commissioner Entries</h1> Notification No. 111/2007-Customs (N.T.), issued by the Government of India, amends Notification No. 39/2005-Customs (N.T.) dated 13th May 2005. The amendment, authorized under section 129A of the Customs Act, 1962, allows for the review of specific Orders-In-Original issued by the Commissioner of Customs in Tuticorin. These orders, numbered 50/2007 to 54/2007, were issued between August and September 2007. The amendment modifies the table in the original notification, replacing serial number 34 with new entries for Chief Commissioners in Chennai, Coimbatore, Tuticorin, and Tiruchirapalli.
