of <h1>Amendment to Foreign Trade Policy allows export of 1000 tonnes of pulses to Mauritius, exempting certain prohibitions.</h1> The Central Government has amended Paragraph 3 of Notification No. 15 dated June 27, 2006, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. This amendment, issued on September 7, 2007, specifies that the prohibition on certain exports will not apply to the export of 1000 tonnes of pulses to the Republic of Mauritius by a designated trading corporation. This decision is made in the public interest and is authorized by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
