This approval pertains to their project of constructing a six-lane, 1453-meter flyover on the Western Express Highway, Mumbai, on a BOT basis. The approval is contingent on compliance with the relevant Income-tax Act provisions and rules. The approval may be withdrawn if the enterprise ceases infrastructure operations, fails to maintain audited accounts, or does not furnish the required audit report.
