of <h1>Central Government Notifies MP Cricket Association Under Section 10(23) for Tax Exemption from 1999-2000 to 2001-2002</h1> The Central Government has notified the Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association, Indore, under Section 10(23) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for the assessment years 1999-2000 to 2001-2002. The notification stipulates that the association must apply or accumulate its income exclusively for its established objectives, in accordance with Sections 11(2) and 11(3). It must not invest funds outside specified modes, distribute income to members (except as grants to affiliated entities), or apply to business profits unless incidental to its objectives with separate accounts maintained.
