of <h1>Correction in Finance Ministry Notification: 'Employee' Replaced with 'Employer' in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3(ii).</h1> In Notification No. 79/2006 dated 22-3-2006, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes, a correction is made to the previous notification S.O. 661(E) dated 24th June 2002. The correction involves substituting the word 'employee' with 'employer' on page 10, line 14 of the original document published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii).
