The approval mandates that funds received must be used for scientific research conducted by faculty or students. The institute must maintain audited financial records and submit audit reports to the relevant tax authorities. A separate statement of donations and their application for research must be documented. Approval may be withdrawn if the institute fails to comply with these conditions or ceases genuine research activities.
