of <h1>Approval Committee Formed for Jaipur SEZ Under Special Economic Zones Act, 2005; Includes Key Government and Industry Representatives.</h1> The Central Government of India has constituted an Approval Committee for the Jaipur Special Economic Zone under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee comprises various ex-officio members, including the Development Commissioner of Noida SEZ as Chairperson, officials from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, and Commissioners from Customs, Central Excise, and Income Tax. Additionally, representatives from the Banking Division, Industries Department of Rajasthan, and Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation are included. A representative from the developer of the Jaipur SEZ is a special invitee.
