of <h1>India forms Approval Committee for Noida SEZ under Special Economic Zones Act 2005, chaired by Development Commissioner.</h1> The Central Government of India, under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, has established an Approval Committee for the Noida Special Economic Zone. The committee includes the Development Commissioner of the Noida SEZ as Chairperson, and members from various government departments, including the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, the Commissioner of Customs, the Commissioner of Income-Tax, the Director of Banking from the Ministry of Finance, and representatives from the Government of Uttar Pradesh. In the Development Commissioner's absence, a Joint Development Commissioner will act as a representative.
