The committee comprises the Development Commissioner of the Falta SEZ as Chairperson, and members include representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, the Commissioner of Customs, the Commissioner of Income Tax, the Director of Banking from the Ministry of Finance, and two officers from the Government of West Bengal. In the Development Commissioner's absence, a Joint Development Commissioner will act as a representative.
