of <h1>Central Government Forms Approval Committee for Jodhpur SEZ Under Special Economic Zones Act, 2005</h1> The Central Government of India has established an Approval Committee for the Jodhpur Special Economic Zone (SEZ) under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The committee consists of several ex-officio members, including the Development Commissioner of the Noida SEZ as Chairperson, representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade in Jodhpur, and officials from Customs, Income Tax, and the Banking Division of the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, representatives from the Industries Department and Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation are included, with a special invitee from the corporation as the developer of the SEZ.
