This notification, dated January 15, 2007, follows the approval granted on July 24, 2006, to M/s. FAB City SPV (India) Limited for establishing a semiconductor manufacturing and development facility with a Free Trade and Warehousing Zone. The SEZ covers an area of 120.06 hectares, with specified physical boundaries. The notification is issued under the authority of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and related rules.
