of <h1>Delhi VAT Act Amended: Changes to UPS, Inverters, Plastic Footwear, and New Entries for Various Goods Effective Now.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has issued a notification amending the Third Schedule of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004. The amendments include changes to entries regarding Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS), inverters, and their parts, as well as plastic footwear, excluding those specified in the First Schedule. New entries have been added for items such as winding wires, ammeters, insulating materials, circuit breakers, cocoa, coffee, wire mesh, liquefied petroleum gas, piped natural gas, and desi ghee. These changes are effective immediately.
