of <h1>Deadline for Filing Form ST-IIA and Form XIII Extended to December 31, 2005 for Delhi Dealers and Contractors.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has extended the deadline for filing Form ST-IIA and Form XIII for summary assessment to December 31, 2005. This applies to dealers registered under the Delhi Sales Tax Act, 1975, and dealers or works contractors registered under the Delhi Sales Tax on Works Contract Act, 1999, for the assessment year 2004-05. All other conditions specified in the previous notifications dated August 17, 2005, remain unchanged. This notification is effective immediately, as issued by the Commissioner of Value Added Tax.
