of <h1>Retired Judicial Member Appointed to Delhi VAT Appellate Tribunal Under Section 73(1) of VAT Act 2004</h1> The Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has appointed a retired member of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service as a Member of the Appellate Tribunal for the Delhi Value Added Tax. This appointment is made under the authority of Section 73(1) of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, and is effective until March 31, 2007, or until a successor is appointed, whichever occurs first. The notification was issued by the Finance Department of Delhi on June 27, 2005.
