This includes goods with false trademarks, misleading trade descriptions, unauthorized designs, and products infringing patents or geographical indications. It also covers items barred by the Registrar of Copyrights under the Copyright Act, 1957. The notification mandates adherence to specified conditions and procedures and was later superseded by Notification No. 51/2010-CUSTOMS (N.T.) on June 30, 2010.
