of <h1>Soyabean Oil Import Exemption from Condition No. 18 Extended Until December 31, 2007 Under Section 5 Authority</h1> Condition No. 18 of Chapter 1A in the General Notes Regarding Import Policy will not apply to the import of Soyabean Oil until December 31, 2007. This amendment to the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, specifically Schedule I (Imports) of the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, is enacted under the authority of Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992. The notification, issued in public interest, follows a previous notification dated July 20, 2006, and is signed by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
